When you think of vitamins and minerals do you think of supplement tablets or fresh fruit and vegetables? Are you a supplement skeptic? I am.
I keep up to date with the news on health sciences and strive to report those i find interesting. I am as interested in the fitness of the mind as of the body. I think 'fresh is best and as nature intended. ' Frankly the same goes for protein, I do not drink hydrolyzed protein shakes, in fact i don't buy hydrolyzed any food and wonder why people choose overproduced food as think that is a healthy option and do not see it as the marketing and manufacturing gimmick that it is. They try to tell you that modern day food does not have nutrients so we need to buy things made in a factory. That is gibberish. We get so good at detecting scams in our email and on facebook, yet so many do not see it in the marketing of 'health supplements.'
