Back from an all healthy, well balanced everything to be prepared from basic food, shopping trip.
The only processed food I bought was a couple of sauces and dressings we use sparingly. I read the ingredients of things and made sure the yogurt was live culture and no added sweetener. I don't use processed breakfast cereals either, rolled oats here, not the quick ones either. Berries were too costly this week for me but mandarines very affordable were the substitute.

Four years ago, when I lost 35 kilo, I broke the supper snack habit by substituting the home made bread, butter and tasty cheese snacks I loved for home made jelly snakes. I think it was half a cup boiling water, 30gram gelatine, 1 put diet jelly, dissolve and pour all over a plate. Then cut into snakes, good low call chewing.
This week I am making chicken, lentil and vegetable soup and also chuncky salad bowls for my want to eat but don't need to eat moments. I work very long hours.
Dinner is at 6pm and I often work until 2al so i never begrudge myself supper, it's just a case of ensuring it doesn't overload my calories for the day. I have a roast chicken dinner tonight, so my supper eating desires will be satisfied by dividing my dinner into two meals and adding a side salad to it as when ever I want it nibbles.
