Breakfast - 40gr natural oats, 15 gr Chia seeds, couple spoonfuls frozen blueberries. Cover with water , zap in microwave for 1.4 mins. Stir in 20 gr Tony Speirs vanilla protein powder, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and enjoy. Sometimes put a dollop of Chobani 2% fat yoghurt on top. Has everything your body needs for a good healthy breakfast to keep you going
Breakfast - porridge made using 40 g quinoa flakes and 15 g chia seeds and water,topped with a small (70 g) banana and 150 g plain fat free Chobani - 372 calories, roughly 60% carbs, 25% protein and 15% fats - I eat a higher ratio of carbs earlier on in the day for energy.
