I am going to build in a desk to my treadmill and exercise bike when i get back to the studio early September. I'll be writing, editing, critiquing =, reading, studying, blogging, face booking at one mile an hour. Who wants to 'join me?' as a one mile an hour worker? No mote treating sedentary work as sedentary.
Tip is to begin in short amounts, in good walking shoes, then gradually increase and keep the treadmill speed slow.
I've only tried reading with the treadmill fast and I found that too hard. This is a new concept for me and one I plan to embrace fully.
Short stints at slow speed should help with my injuries too. Lubricate the joints. Did you know that sitting down for prolonged periods of time can shorten our lifespan and regular exercise might not counteract the damage?
