Can you guess what has made them?
A goanna, crocodile or turtle have been suggested. Below are some tracks that have been identified.
These are the tracks of a large sea turtle that had come ashore to lay eggs. If you see tracks such as these don't walk near the nest area at the top of the tracks. These tracks are similar to the ones above although they appear to have more body drag marls though the center of the pattern. Wind and a different texture sand might explain the difference.
These tracks below are said to be crocodile tracks.
These tracks above image are from a leatherback turtle. The nest of eggs is probably in there in the centre of that disturbed sand.
