Am I nervous?
Who else has been crazy enough to stress eat in the week leading up to a series of heart tests?
Ice cream desert eaten almost everyday, with helpings of bread and jam and cream, or fruit bread and butter. Not to mention things I've not bought or eaten in over ten years, and rarely even then. Salty potato chips will really improve those heart function test results. This is so not like me. Nothing like rapidly stacking on kilos when you are trying to get a good report from a cardiologist so that you can have surgery.
Okay, who else gets exam nerves?
