I made a most delicious mixed salad the other day and chopped up lots of fresh home grown organic herbs and added them. it was the most delicious salad I've ever tasted. I am planting vegetable seeds every two weeks in my garden to get a long cropping season of home grown vegetables.
Trying to buy a healthy yogurt is becoming increasingly difficult. The low fat varieties are becoming erky sweet with chemical artificial sweeteners that I not only dislike the taste of I think are harmful. Or they are over sweetened with natural but refined and concentrated sweeteners.
I just want to buy, good healthy unadulterated with sweeteners, yogurt. Who makes this these days?

Why 'low fat' items when most of the nutrients I need for healthy lungs and bones require fat to absorb the fat soluble vitamins?
Low fat items are starting to contain a lot of sugar to make them 'tasty', why not using 'full fat' items but eating less of it?
