Anything that say fat free or low fat or light has been altered to reflect that. We're just adding more toxins and chemicals to our bodies. Read the label and check what has been added to replace the fat, if you are interested in health and fitness.
Try going for natural & organic instead.
If you look at for instance the ingredient label for real butter "sweet cream".
It only has two ingredients (sweet cream & salt).
If you look at the light, it has about twenty ingredients and it's all chemicals!
Always look at the ingredient labels.
You don't want to trade being thin for cancer or health problems later on in life!
It is a fact that when the population cut back on butter there was less heart disease. However, when they added margarine there was a corresponding rise in cancer. Most cardiologists prefer we use natural butter in limited quantities than heat processed oils.
